Refund & Cancelation Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed for shipment.

• After this window, our system automatically processes and releases orders to our shipping partner. Once this happens, we will make every effort to intercept the shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

• Subscription orders may be canceled at any time to stop future renewals. If a minimum shipment term applies, cancellations will take effect after that term is completed.

Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

How to Start a Return
Please contact us at hello@getfrysh.com before returning any items. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Includes perishable goods, custom orders, personal care items, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.
