Refund & Cancelation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed for shipment.

After this window, orders are automatically forwarded to our shipping partner. We will make every effort to intercept the shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders renew automatically based on the delivery interval selected at checkout. If your subscription includes a minimum shipment commitment, cancellations will take effect after the required number of shipments has been completed. You may cancel future renewals at any time once the minimum term is fulfilled.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at hello@getfrysh.com before returning any items. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Includes perishable goods, custom orders, personal care items, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.
