When you subscribe, you receive 15% off your first order. In exchange, all subscription plans require a minimum of two (2) shipments before cancellation is allowed. This applies regardless of the delivery frequency you choose.
Before Two Shipments
A subscription cannot be ended before the second shipment has been processed.
If you request cancellation before the second order, the request will not be approved.
Your second order will still be billed and shipped.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed before the second shipment:
The 15% discount applied to your first order will be removed.
We reserve the right to recover that discount and any related fees through your payment provider, consistent with these published terms.
After Two Shipments
Once your second order has shipped, you may cancel your subscription at any time with no further obligation.
Cancellations can be made easily through your customer portal or by emailing hello@getfrysh.com.
Why This Policy Exists
This policy ensures that the subscription discount is used fairly and consistently for all customers. It applies to every subscription order placed on Getfrysh.com.
By placing a subscription order, you agree to these terms as a condition of receiving the discounted subscription price.
